What this site is
UAE Company Registration is an independent comparison and research directory. It helps founders compare UAE free zones, business activities, visa options and indicative setup costs before speaking with a free-zone authority or licensed formation agent.
We are not a government authority and we do not issue trade licenses. Final eligibility, pricing and approval always depend on the relevant authority and the applicant profile.
Primary data categories
Free zones
Free-zone names, emirates, specialties, websites and public positioning are organized from official authority information and public business setup materials.
Business activities
Activity names and categories are normalized so users can compare where an activity may be available across UAE free zones.
Costs
We display a package price only when the amount and its scope are visible on a current official authority page. Each record stores that exact URL and its verification date. We do not reconstruct unpublished totals from agent estimates.
Comparisons
Comparison pages use structured differences such as emirate, activity availability, cost ranges, visa assumptions and positioning.
How to use the data
- Use the site to shortlist free zones and activities.
- Verify the exact activity wording with the relevant free zone.
- Ask for a written package quote including license, establishment card, visas, office and renewal fees.
- For regulated activities, request a regulatory scope check before incorporation.
- For offshore structures, confirm banking, substance, visa and local trading limitations.
Known limitations
Only 8 of the 43 listed free zones currently expose package prices that we could verify publicly. No price is displayed for the others. UAE company setup rules and promotional packages change frequently, and eligibility can depend on nationality, visas, office type, activity and approvals. This site is an orientation tool, not legal, tax or regulatory advice.
Corrections
If you represent a free zone, formation agent or licensed advisory firm and see outdated data, send the correction via the contact page. We prioritize corrections that include an official source or current package document.
